Zenon Caravella
"A City Stands United"
|
PLAYER PROFILE |
Zenon first caught the eye of United Head Coach Miron Bleiberg when he turned out for the New Zealand Knights in the inaugural Hyundai A-League season. Then the coach of Queensland Roar, Bleiberg invited Zenon to the post-season tour to Korea and was tempted to sign him permanently after some impressive performances. That thought stayed with Bleiberg and Zenon was one of the first players signed to the United roster when he completed a successful two-year stint in Holland with FC Omniworld. A gifted midfielder with an excellent work ethic, Zenon will be pressing hard for a spot in the starting eleven. |
